Returns Policy
Most new, unopened, and unmodified items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Customers can select between a store credit equal to the full purchase price of the item (minus shipping and tax) or a refund less a 15% restocking fee for returns requested between 31 and 90 days from the package delivery date. It is not possible to return items beyond 90 days. If a customer chooses to return an item, they will be liable for the return shipping expenses.
PLEASE READ: All returns must be in resalable condition, unless there is a manufacturing flaw. This implies that both the product and its packaging (such as tags, clamshell packs, and skin packing) must be in good condition. All returns will be thoroughly scrutinized for flaws.
Any goods that is not deemed resalable will be returned to the purchaser at our discretion.
We will not accept handlebars that have been installed in risers or had controls placed on them (even for a split second). Electrical components, lights, batteries, frames, and hard tails are not returnable. Please do your homework before purchasing these components to ensure proper fitment.
After it arrives at the Elf Cycle warehouse, you should expect to get your refund within two weeks. However, in many circumstances, you will receive a refund sooner.
If you need to return something, you’ll need to get an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). Simply log in to your account, click the “Complete Orders” link under the “My Account” menu to view your order, and then click the “Return Item(s)” button. An RMA number will be sent to you through email. To be returned to the Elf Cycle warehouse, this number must be clearly written on the outside of the box. Returns without an RMA number on the exterior of the box will be rejected by the postal carrier and returned to the sender.
If you receive an item that is broken or wrong, please notify Elf Cycle as soon as you discover it. Customers who notify Elf Cycle within 5 calendar days of delivery will receive a free replacement item. Elf Cycle will compel customers to return the damaged goods. The return shipping will be covered by Elf Cycle.
3-5 business days free USA Shipping
Orders of $99.99 or more (before tax or shipping charges) that are delivered to one of the lower 48 states in the United States will receive free ground shipping. Elf Cycle has the option of selecting the parcel carrier. Free ground delivery to the United States will be used, and all packages will arrive within 5 business days. Orders submitted before 3:00 p.m. CST will be processed the same day for shipment. We make every attempt to fulfill orders the same day they are received, but all orders are completed within 24 hours of receipt.
NB: Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for Free USA Shipping.
2-3 business days Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping has a transit duration of 2-3 days. Once the parcel carrier has picked up the order, the transit period begins. Elf Cycle maintains the right to utilize their preferred parcel carrier. Orders with expedited shipments submitted before 12:00 p.m. (noon) CST will be processed and shipped the same day. We make every attempt to fulfill orders the same day they are received, but all orders are completed within 24 hours of receipt.
3-5 business days Ground Shipping
Ground shipping has a travel period of 3-5 days. Once the parcel carrier has picked up the order, the transit period begins. Elf Cycle reserves the right to choose their preferred parcel carrier. Ground orders submitted before 3:00 p.m. CST will be processed and shipped the same day. We make every attempt to fulfill orders the same day they are received, but all orders are completed within 24 hours of receipt.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship internationally to the Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Customers from other countries are responsible for any taxes (GST, HST, PST), customs fees, or charges incurred as a result of their purchase. As an international shipping service, we use USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Delivery times vary depending on location, but are usually between 6 and 10 business days. Please keep in mind that this is not a guaranteed arrival time and that some packages may take longer. All packages are traced from start to finish. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us to make special arrangements.
Elf Cycle cannot and will not reduce the value of overseas packages for customs purposes. This is a prohibited conduct that could result in the sender facing significant fines and penalties. Please ensure that you are aware of all applicable fees and taxes in your country before making a purchase.
